Polymetal gold output rises 13% to 25.3 mln ounces 2018

MOSCOW, Jan 31 (PRIME) -- The gold output of Russian precious metals producer Polymetal International increased 13% to 1.216 million ounces in 2018, the company said in a statement on Thursday.

Silver production decreased 6% to 25.3 million ounces.

The company’s total output in gold equivalent grew 9% on the year to 1.562 million ounces in the period.

Polymetal confirms the plan for 2019 at 1.55 million ounces and for 2020 at 1.6 million ounces of gold equivalent.
